Posted on: 12:41 pm, March 02, 2008 Save Just got back from two nights bar-hopping in the Coahila zone. There are lots of cantinas with dancing girls. First stop was Las Adelitas, where there were at least 50 ladies dancing, sitting and talking. You can sit at the side of the stage, where you will be constatnly prompted to give the dancer a dollar tip, or there are tables farther back, or you can sit at the bar. Beer is $7.00, and if you buy a lady a drink, it costs $8.00, even if it is only a glass of water. The girls are all beautiful, Mexicanas, Chinese, Japanese, someone for everyone. They will come to you and chat, but be prepared to buy a drink because they don't waste any time. After all, they are working. Next was Hong Kong, where the girls dance on the bar, and also at the tables. This is a good place to get to know the dancers up close and personal without spending tons of money. There were probably around 30 women at this spot. The music is heavy metal. El tigre is more reasonalble in price. The choice of dancers is limited, but for $11.00 you get two drinks and a plate of ham and cheese snacks. A private dance (behind curtains) is $20.00, and you can choose that if you see a dancer you like. Las Chavelas is another spot, pretty ladies and time to talk. The drinks there were $6.00 for customers and the girls alike. El tigre has mixed drinks for two for $6.00, but you have to ask for that special at the door. The seating is arranged around the dance stage, and the ladies come sit with you. A private dance (behind curtains) is $20.00, and you can choose that if you meet a dancer you like. All of the dancers are available for more than dancing for between $60.00 and $100.00. Condoms are supplied and a secure area. You don't have to worry about being robbed, just watch your money. You only pay $1Usd for each song when you take a chica for dance . It is fun and the beer are cheap 2x for 1 til 8pm. The alley is full of bars and can be fun at night. Posted on: 2:45 am, March 25, 2008 Save For anyone interested. I visit TJ about 6 times per month....Hong Kong is really interactive with the females. I think it is way more fun then Adelitas. Hong Kong is lively and REALLY entertaining, if you get my drift. The music is mixed and leaning towards top 40. I go there frequently and have never caught the DJ locked into a heavy metal thing. I am not suggesting it does not happen, I have just not experienced it. Most, not all of the girls at Hong Kong will provide service and you need to negotiate the price. Anyone suggesting anything over $60, run and run fast. Adelitas is about see a girl you like and go next door to the Hotel with her for $60.00 min and $12 for the room. A large percentage of the girls are nice looking but they have a wide selection with a some being average to slightly below. But of course their looks really have nothing to do with their ability to please. It depends on what you like. If you are looking for a particular type female I am sure you will find her there. Hong Kong has a lesser percentage of standouts, but they are by far more fun in my opinion. In both clubs if you sit with a girl or the waiter spots you talking to one, he will immediately ask you if you want to buy her a drink. (I think this is a constant in all the clubs in Zona Norte.) In some cases it can be a turn-off as they, the waiters are constantly in your face to buy the girl a drink. The girls drink fast so you better be with someone you like. Meaning she should be making you feel like you are the best guy in the club or you are wasting your time. Of course the girls gets a percentage of the drink. I do not frequent the other clubs so I cannot comment on the atmosphere. I caution you to not over consume alcohol and do not flash your money. I always keep most of money in my sock with a few $20's in my wallet which is in my front pocket. Anyway this thread is way to long. Adios. The Hongkong bar is just good for watching nice dancers. However, the take out is quite expensive . Adelita is still the Best bet to find the chica of your choice and also nice show frequently performing during at night. Chicago bar is more a slow space bar with girls just sitting with guys for Fichas. Stay over night in the Zona Norte hotel and head back the border in the morning is the best thing and safe. I'll be staying in Mexicali for 3nights then I will be in Tijuana for 3 nights on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Of those 3 days Mon, Tues and Wed are all the bars slow or busy or a bit of both? I like to know if any of those bars listed are busy or so so.. Obviously, all working USA. visitors already went home for their regular work week, and this makes up 50% of T.J. tourirts here. The chicas shall be take day offs during the week, and , only 1/2 will show up for their works in the bars. I like the weekday Monday through Wed. for a much better relax and slow space less in Rush for Biz. upstair from chicas. I can't wait to go down there next week which is Monday April 14th, 2008 for 3nights before I head back to Toronto. I'm definately going to check out 3 bars I've been told its best to visit. The others bars in the area are considered local residents patron but it can be fun if you like Mexican music and baila con chicas . Posted on: 2:29 pm, April 29, 2008 Save I have always found the price to leave with a lady from Hong Kong to be more expensive than Adelitas (i.e. $100 vs. 60); the meseros (waiters) force you to drink more at Hong Kong and will not leave you alone (especially if there is a lady sitting next to you), and the overall selection is worse than Adelitas....that being said, the one, two, or three hotties in Hong Kong are as nice--if not better--than the best at Adelita's and have been "up to the room" far fewer times than the average working Adelitas lady. They make their Dineros buck by dancing and drink Ficha . They can careless go up stair . In the meantime, Chicas in the Adelita's are all Pros. and their main source of income are upstair Biz. Same Bars business , but they have different approach how to generate the income and target clients
